Humble Beginnings!
I’m sure like me, you would have also seen images of large organizations that had once started off from their garage or warehouses.
We at Khrysalis did our 1st paid workshop back in 2016, 7 years ago, while we were a few months old, at an organization’s warehouse, through a collaboration.
Here is a picture from the workshop we conducted for the store staffs on driving Customer Excellence for a 32 years old Handloom, Textile company in Kolkata.
This is one of our greatest memories that reminds us of how we started off.
Today we are working with PSUs, large corporates, multinationals and conducting MDPs, LDPs and various behavioral and leadership, coaching interventions for them PAN India.
It feels amazing to look back and see how far you have come and feels greater to look forward and see where you would like to be!
